Anders Brandtman works as a Management Consultant at The Assessment Company AB. Anders has more than 25 years of experiences within sales, coaching and leadership from various roles such as sales representativ, sales manager and training & development manager.

Anders has several years of international experiences within training and development, where his focus foremost has been within sales and how you approach customer in a more value based way. Anders put great interest in question methodology and how we communicate with each other and how we help each other create insights. Anders also has a long and broad experience of coaching individuals for personal develepment as well as team development.

With great involvement and high commitment, Anders facilitates individual training modules as well as longer training programs that he designs according to the customer’s specific needs.

Anders is certified in Insighs Discovery and Situational Leadership.
