Hege Langfelt (born 1972) has for the past 10 years working as a management consultant and consultant with organizational development as a field of work. She has worked extensively with both planning, facilitation, and implementation of various strategic cultural and development measures for managers, management teams, talents, teams, and employees. Hege has also worked with measurements of employee engagement and processes to increase managers’ and employees’ performance orientation. If necessary, she assists with HR professional advice during such processes. Hege has completed a Cand. Mag education at the University of Oslo, with the following disciplines: Criminology, Psychology, and Pedagogy. She is also a graduate of Cand. Paed, the professional study program in pedagogy at the same educational institution, specializing in organization, management, and teaching.
