Ida Beinnes Hoff

Throughout her career, Ida Beinnes Hoff (born 1981) has gained a good understanding of competence mapping, selection, and organizational development. As a consultant, Ida is enterprising, interested, and skilled in leading and running processes from A to Z. Ida has a Bachelor’s degree in logistics from Høyskolen I Molde, as well as a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. Ida has previously been employed as a consultant in Mercuri Urval and senior project manager/department manager in Confex Norway, where she worked with competence development of managers and specialists. In addition, she has been a producer and project manager for major events. Ida has extensive experience in skills development across sectors and works effectively with both individuals and teams. Ida is certified on the OPQ personality tests.
