Marianne Hagen

Marianne Hagen (born 1972) has extensive consulting experience with 22 years of experience in management consulting, consulting, and business development and has gained a wide range of expertise. Marianne has been CEO of Right Management in the Nordic region for several years, as well as consulting manager, support director, and sales manager in Right Management Europe.

In AC, Marianne works with consulting both nationally and globally in areas such as Strategic Management, organizational development, development of managers and management groups, transformation processes, digitization, recruitment, coaching, strategic competence management, competence development/mapping, career development, and career management.

Marianne is good at simplifying and creates engagement in the teams and organizations she works with. She is passionate about competence development and wants to help all her customers to be relevant. 

Education and certifications: BI with a Bachelor’s degree in International Management, two Executive Master’s programs in Human Resource Management and Change Management. Various certifications within coaching, work psychology tests individually and for teams/groups.
