Petra Thilers

Petra Thilers is a Management Consultant and Partner at The Assessment Company AB.

Today, Petra works primarily with developing leaders, teams, and individuals in both large and small companies. She has extensive experience in leadership, competence mapping, executive coaching, recruitment, and assessments of various kinds.

With a focus on research-based methods and the desire to help organizations create engagement and self-leadership, she runs educational programs, develops concepts, and tailor-made programs.

Petra is a psychologist and has previously received her PhD at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden.
