Sigurd Beidel

Sigurd Beidel (born 1976) has extensive operational and administrative leadership experience through 15 years in the Norwegian Military. As a consultant, he has primarily worked with the recruitment and selection of managers and specialists for various industries. He has also run organizational and leadership development and assisted his clients in strategic discussions. Sigurd has his military education from the Army Command School and the Army War School and has a Bachelor of Management from BI Norwegian Business School. He has also studied both economics and information technology and has completed the High Potential Manager Program at INSEAD. Sigurd has previously been employed as a consultant at Mercuri Urval, where in addition to being a business consultant, he had the roles of International Business Manager and Onboarding Manager.
