Steffen Dyre Hansen (født 1973) er partner og grunnlegger av The Assessment Company AS. Steffen leder selskapets operasjoner og kan med sin omfattende konsulenterfaring vise til en bred kompetanse og forståelse innen fagområdene forretningsstrategi og forretningsutvikling.

Steffen Dyre Hansen (born 1973) is the founder of The Assessment Company AS. Steffen leads the company’s operations and can with his extensive consulting experience point to a broad competence and understanding within the subject areas business strategy and business development. As a consultant, Steffen excels in talent management. Among other things, he has been responsible for several major international projects where he assisted in the selection of future top executives, as well as designed and developed leadership development programs for both international and national companies across various sectors. Before Steffen and co-owner Stian Dyre Hansen established the company, he worked for Mercuri Urval, an international consulting firm, for 14 years. Steffen first worked in Norway where he held the positions of Business Unit Director and International Business Manager. Steffen has also worked around Europe and Australia. Steffen moved to Sydney in 2008, where he worked for 3 years before moving back to Norway and getting the title SVP International Business Region Northern Europe and Southern Europe. Since January 2012, he has worked as Head of Mercuri Urval Oslo office.

With a focus on the organization’s goals, Steffen uses his expertise in management consulting. He has on several occasions acted as a strategic business partner for a number of clients within ICT, FMCG, and companies within industry and professional services in Scandinavia. Steffen has a master’s degree from BI Norwegian Business School where he studied marketing management. He is certified in OPQ personality tests and has completed an Executive Management Program under the auspices of INSEAD with a focus on leadership, innovation and strategy.
